After speaking to director Ken Whittingham on set, Buckingham states, he felt much more comfortable, because Whittingham referred to that rather than playing an elf, the actor would certainly be playing a guy who hated his job within the mall.Buckingham cites the task of Peter Dinklageparticularly his performance in "Elf," opposite Will Ferrellas among the choices he sees for his or her own career.
