SPOILERS: How are they breaking up Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn into 2 parts?

I'm not the biggest Twilight fan. (I prefer Harry Potter.) I have read
the Twilight books though...they're enjoyble. But how in the world are
they gonna break up the last book into 2 parts?

I understand why they did that with Harry Potter. There's so much
going on in the Deathly Hallows, you wouldn't be getting everything in
2 hours.

But with Breaking Dawn? How are they doing that? I mean:
Bella and Edward get married.
Jacob broods.
Bella and Edward have animal sex and she somehow gets pregnant.
Jacob broods for like the entire middle of the book.
Bella has her baby and becomes a vampire.
The one vampire girl tells the Volturi about the baby.
They gather a bunch of vampires and shapeshifters.
They don't fight.
The End.

How are they breaking that up into two parts?
And why do they call it a Twilight SAGA? It's not a SAGA.
